‘Growth’ Collection 2024

This Craftworks Collection entitled ‘Growth’. It portrays 3 stages of progression: the seed, inspired by an acorn; the catalyst, a droplet of water and the stepping stones, layered stones.

Each piece created from many layers of wood and recycled paper. The acorn beginning with many different layers, their complexity and uncertainty. As growth happens the layers become wider as actions are clearer, leading to larger layers within the stepping stones that depict a more decisive and selective path.
